The areas of Hatboro, Warminster & Willow Grove are located about 15-20 miles north of central Philadelphia in southeastern Pennsylvania.
HATBORO
Hatboro dates back to the early 1700s when John Dawson, a hatter from England settled in the small village. Hatboro played a role in the Revolutionary War; it is said that hats were made for soldiers here. Also, the Battle of Crooked Billet occurred in the Hatboro area and a monument was erected in its honor.

Hatboro is a wonderful "small town" with a strong sense of community. The population is just 7,500 within a 1.2 square mile area that lies on either side of York Road. The community is committed to preserving the vitality of the Main Street, with its historic buildings, busy business and shopping districts. Our office is located on Main Street, 253 S. York Road. WARMINSTER
Warminster lies along street road in Bucks County. Dutch and English settlers established the township in 1711, which was then a growing agricultural community. Washington's army passed through Warminster in 1777 during the Revolution. The Battle of Crooked Billet that started in Hatboro, ended in Warminster. Many local citizens took part in the war.

Today, Warminster is a largely family-oriented residential community. With a population of over 32,000, Warminster's land is almost completely developed. There are a number of shopping centers and ten community parks.

WILLOW GROVE
The town of Willow Grove is located in Upper Moreland township in Montgomery County. Willow Grove has had many identities over the past 300 years…a colonial farmstead, small rural community and a world-renowned entertainment destination…Willow Grove Park.

The town is now primarily residential with several thriving business, industrial and commercial districts. Willow Grove is convenient to the major roadways the in the area, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 611, Route 63 and Route 263. One of the main attractions is the fabulous Willow Grove Park mall.
